Job Description
- We need smart, hardworking and sincere people who can act as a catalyst to change and transform the way our customers (Dental Clinics / Hospitals) work currently.
- Improve awareness about the Partner Brand & PinkBlue.in along with the key benefits
- Identifying prospective clinics & acquiring them using the sales pitch
- Collecting Orders & Information – Passing it on to the relevant teams
- PB Demo & On-boarding.
- The Growth Hacking team will be coupled, in a seamless manner, to the Customer Success
- team which takes care of the entire back-end.
- We need to follow the systems and processes to aid in tracking and continuous improvement as we go ahead.
- A few of these qualities can be innate (hence freshers are also equally fit for it) and a few could have been acquired during your previous employment stints:
- Excellent communication skills & ability to learn quickly (Knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Patience and Persistence - Statistical and Analytical capabilities
- Sincerity and Trustworthiness
- Experience in B2B business / Healthcare / Concept Selling can be an added advantage.
- The role is ideal for fresh graduates (or folks with less than 2 years experience) who are looking for opportunities to start their careers in the e-commerce/ Business Development space.
- We are looking for people who can join us full time immediately (starting tomorrow to a couple of weeks at max) so only people who are in a position to do the same may apply.

PinkBlue is an IIM/IIT alumni start-up in the healthcare supplies space. We operate the largest B2B e-commerce platform for clinical supplies in India, and offer a SaaS solution for clinics and hospitals to manage their inventory and purchases out of a single window. In simple terms, clinics and hospitals across the country buy their raw materials from us. We are focused on solving the supplychain efficiency problem, which leads to 25-30% wastage in the space, by bringing in enterprise process automations and high-end analytics, which would be a first for the industry globally. We are working towards building a fully automated, integrated supplychain solution, which ensures the highest levels of efficiency, while demanding zero effort from every other stakeholder. As we get there, we should be able to have a significant impact on the healthcare costs in the country.
