Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Partnerships
- Previous experience working with merchants across the APAC, LATAM & USA preferable
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
- Inclination towards crypto community should definitely apply for this role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Fluency in English as its a global merchant base you'll be dealing with
- Any automation experience to scale up the Business Development process will be helpful
- Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Generate leads from marketing events and trade shows relevant to crypto ecosystem
- Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective customers
- Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team on general trends, product, competitors, etc
- On-board new merchants and evangelize our payment solution product amongst the merchant community
