Business Development Executive
JOB DETAILS:-
- Prospect and discover key customer lead opportunities via corporate and B2b sales
- Key Account Management
- Provide outbound calls to new and existing customers via telephone and email; cold call, physical visit
- Demonstrate HR products and services to effectively match our product capabilities to the customer's needs and then remove all competitive obstacles to finalize an orders
- Follow-up and help close opportunities
- Proactive follow-up on Promotional campaign Leads and Redemptions
- Webinar/Seminar registration list follow-up. Active prospecting of Customer mail lists
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop account-specific strategies
