- Any Graduate
- Meeting with potential students to gauge the requirements and convert them.
- Ensuring regular contact with students to maintain our presence.
- Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each student's requirements.
- Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each student.
- Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with students.
- Prompting students to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
- Settling students' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
- Harnessing internal relationships to better address students' needs and to maximize our profits.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or a similar discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Ability to forge profound working relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- On 80% Ach : 50 Rs Per Candidate
- 100% Ach : 150 Rs /Candidate
- 150 % Ach : 200Rs /Candidate
