 Role & Responsibilities:

• Corporate Sales, B2B sales.
  
• Selling Required Solutions to Corporate Clients by assessing their business requirements.
  
• Our requirement solution includes access to Database Resumes and Space on the Websites for Advertisements.
  
• Achieving Sales Targets through Acquisition of Clients and growing Business.
  
• Generating leads and developing the database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversing and cold calling.
  
• Area mapping, Cold calling, prospecting, negotiating, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documents.
  
• Building and managing strong relationship with customers (customer retention) (client retention).
  
• A go-getter attitude to get the company's revenue and growth.
  
• Able to do Pre-Post Sales.
  

• Self Motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
  
• Commitment to exceed targets.
