Job Description:
The Business Consultant (Sales) / Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
· Interacting with Customers based on their enquiry
· Understanding the requirements of the clients
· Sending Proposal mails and Updating enquiry records
· Follow up with clients
· Engage customers and take ownership for their needs
· Forwarding expectations of Clients to operational team to deliver them in time
· Identify potential customers for repetitive business
· Resolve/Coordinate customer complaints effectively
· Monitor competitor’s offerings and prices through Client feedbacks
· Graduate/Post Graduate
· Fresher will be preferred
· Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritise daily work efficiently
· Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Should have excellent command over English and Hindi
Salary:
Salary offered 18,000/- per month + Incentives
