Business Development Executive
Objective of the role:
- Desired candidate will be responsible for verbal communications with end use customers to schedule appointments to educate them with innovative educational solutions available to suit their needs like enhance self-learning, online and dedicated coaching classes that are motivational for school children that also saves plenty of time.
- He/she will be expected to adopt a consultative sales approach and get the end users signed up for our products.
- Should reach out to the customers to fix appointments to meet in person and schedule the meetings to consult about our products and influence sales.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers, co-ordinate with the Counselling team and schedule appointments.
- Should have a good understanding of the current school education system and be confident to consult prospects about the challenges and issues their children face with regards to learning.
- Should effectively follow up with the prospects and convert them as our customers by pushing them to sign up for our innovative products.
- Carry weekly / monthly targets and work towards reviewing and achieving the targets if not exceed them.
- Candidates with any graduation with good communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers and 1-2 years experienced in Tele-marketing roles can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills and counselling factor is a must.
- Should be comfortable to call and speak to prospective customers for the field visit and office appointments is a great advantage.
- Good understanding of current school education system (CBSE / ICSE Syllabus) in India is an added advantage.
- Experience in selling Educational solutions and products to parents of school children will be an added advantage.
