Job Description
- Sell our technology enabled recruitment products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Identify new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that meet client’s requirements.
- Regularly following up with existing clients via phone email and personal meetings to cross-sell and up-sell
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly outline the value proposition.
- Building sound, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to fuel the company's growth.
- Gather market, competition and customer information.
- Experience in key account management and B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Exposure in the online recruitment industry will be an added advantage
