• We have a Very Urgent requirement for a Business Development Executive for a corporate training and consulting company. 
• Someone who's a passionate sales professional with an excellent track record of employing consultative selling (defined as establishing the trusting relationship required to determine the prospect's needs, raise needs awareness) of services through networking, referrals and prospecting.

• Communication - Very good English oral & written as well
• Salary - 20K to 25K + Incentives 

Job Profile - 

• This position requires a flair for conversation and a persuasive and collaborative demeanour in engaging the prospect to determine current and future needs. Prior lead generation and inside-sales, Experience in service sales would be an advantage.   
• Understanding Services Sales   
• Understanding of business decision sales cycles and the sales process   
• Understands account teams' strategy and objectives   
• Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies   
• Experience in presales of high value products / services, preferably in consulting, high end IT products, services through telephone, mails etc.
