Job Description
- One is for Inside sales executive who can perform account management and business development. She should have very good communication skill to talk to HR managers of MNC's and generate interest to demo our product
- Book appointment to show the demo
- Showcase our product demo and get the next step
- Customer engagement - Make sure we will be talking to customers and assigning issues to the tech team and addressing
- Should have good written English skill
- Should be able to update question bank and maintain with the utmost quality
- Work with HR managers and update the questions provided in the system (Tophyre.com)
- Manage Website contents
Additional Job Duties:
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
