Job Description
- Coordinate with colleges & companies for the shortlisting of students & finalising the shortlisted candidates for the recruitment drive
- Generate leads through a mixed approach of cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn networking, organic search etc.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales as and when required
- Meet colleges & companies for partnership as and when required
- Updating the CRM tool on a regular basis
- Maintain and track lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results
- Work with manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet goals
