Lead to Market (), a flagship product of Uni-Solutions Pvt Ltd., is hiring Freshers & Experienced Candidates for the role of BDE (Inside Sales).
Who can Apply?
Freshers who have excellent English verbal communication skills
Candidates who are willing to work in US shifts (5.30 p.m - 2.30 a.m IST logins – 9 hours of work after login) and can self-manage their two-way travel (NO Cabs provided)
Work Location: Basvangudi
Experience Level: 0-3 years
Immediate joiners are preferred (Maximum can join within 15 days)
100% work from Office
Eligibility:
Qualification: 10th / XII / Any Degree
Verbal communication skills are the asset
Have good negotiation skills
Freshers with Internship experience or part-time experience in Inside Sales, International Cold Calling, Lead generation, Pre-Sales, Appointment fixation, B2B sales is required
Experienced candidates with excellent Inside Sales, International Cold Calling, Lead generation, Pre-Sales, B2B sales are considered and are a mandate.
Role of the candidate:
Must make 80-100 dials per day, roughly
Bulk Emailing
Responsible for appointment fixation with C-Level Executives in the organization
Produce warm B2B Leads
Meet monthly targets assigned by the Project manager
JD:
Lead Generations through Cold Calling/bulk mailing
Fixing appointments with ‘C’ Level executives for Business Meetings, conferences, trade-shows
Follow-ups and rescheduling
Sending Business Proposals and Samples
Confirming requirements with Clients
Customer Relationship management
Interview Rounds:
1. Telephonic Round
2. F2F interview
Salary Offering:
Freshers: 15k-21k, monthly take home
Experienced Candidates: 21k-24k, monthly take home
