Job Description
Ø Identifying business opportunities coordinating business generation activities, and developing customer targeted sales strategies.
Ø Build a relationship with the customers and build your network with customers
Ø Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions; responding to customer requests for proposals (RFPs)
Ø Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow business
Ø Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Ø Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Ø Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ø Collaborating with Branch team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Ø Building rapport with NBFCs & generating channel sales through them
Ø Conducting BTL activities within a 5km radius of branch.
Ensuring the safe custodian submission of gold to HO as & when required.
