  • We seek an Inside Sales Manager (US work hours starting 4 pm IST) who would strategize, manage, train and own the full life cycle of a sales process for our e-learning company and head our sales team & strategy. 
  • The primary responsibilities are to find, nurture, qualify and close opportunities to meet the revenue quota by the sales team.
  • Our main client base is in the USA so this candidate should have experience selling in US & other international markets (requires US work hours).
  • Ideal candidate will have experience selling e-learning products or SAAS products to US / international markets.
  • We are looking for people who are passionate about solving customer problems and are self driven. 
  • This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and so we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership. 
  • We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency and a positive, winning attitude.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and he or she will enjoy setting benchmarks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and execution for sales, account management and support 
  • Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research etc. 
  • Manage, recruit, & train team for account management, inbound sales, outbound sales & support 
  • Manage outbound calling by team to US based prospects. 
  • Execute call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline. 
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide update on a weekly basis. 
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in CRM 
  • Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives. 
  • Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental revenue. 
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about ProProfs competitive positioning in the marketplace. 
  • Share sales and support feedback to guide the development of new features & products 
  • Create strategy for sales growth through email outreach, inbound, demos & outbound calling. 
  • Work with the executive team to design and improve outbound efforts 
  • Cross Sell and Upsell existing customer base. 
  • Responsible for up outbound sales and renewals 
  • Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as Linkedin, Hoovers and other tools to research opportunities. 
  • Conduct market research, prospect for target companies and contacts and lead generation 
  • Develop and test phone scripts / determine viability of existing scripts 
  • Supervise, support and train sales & support team on products, prospecting and effective sales techniques 
  • Conduct quality checks and handle process escalations
