• We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) person to generate leads & build an effective new business relationship with the potential customer and create a strategically sound process of managing the customer all the way from initial conversation to final contract execution.
• You will be reporting directly to the Founder of the organization to understand enterprise & SME customer requirements globally and will be formulating strategies for addressing those requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities in Singapore
  
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  
• Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  
• Maintaining short and long-term business development plans
  
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients in Singapore
  
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  

• Candidate should be from BBA/BBM/MBA/PGDM/Computer Science Educational Background.
  
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with International Clients.
  
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  
• Strong communication and IT fluency.
  
• Creative talents and enthusiastic in Marketing & Sales.
  
• In-depth knowledge of IT industry and its current events
  
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Ability to prioritize works and Managing client relation with Singapore Clients
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Excellent time management and having self-confidence.
