BDM(BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS) 

• Focusing on the outbound business of essentially one unique customer from one geographical city only.
• Focus growth through: 
• Rate enhancement 
• Increase in pickups 
• Managing proactively waybill tracking, waybill on-time delivery
• Resolving disputes between customer, customers’ customer and the Company
• Resolving errors, operations lapses 
• Increased collections, quicker collections, zero deductions
• (Phase 2 - drive National sales of this customer, and drive more sales through adding new pickup branches and staring national business) 
• Resolving claims / payment disputes between Company and customer.
• Building and maintaining smooth relationship and generating and enhancing revenue.
• Will be required to handle business of not less than 50 Lakhs.
• Ensure prompt revenue collection.
• Will be engaged in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination with different departments, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities.
• It will have no Retail sale.
• Provide reports, support and MIS to assigned clients as and when required.
