Business Development Executive for Educational Institute
This is an Individual contributor role for the respective region. we would like to have people who have sold education solutions to colleges and universities. Its Immediate joining that we are looking at.
- Be part of an efficient sales process for monitoring sales leads, sales performance on a day to day basis.
- Understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student.
- Clients mainly include schools, principals and trustees of educational institutes; hence the candidate should possess excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Deliver on sales targets such as sales quotas for regions and territories
- Implement the sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Develop field sales action plans and implement.
- Work closely with the top tier management’s team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for Sales & Marketing for the client. Handle ATL, BTL, and Institutional Sales function.
- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
- Network with Institutions and key decision makers
- Promote test prep products & services in the target market and generate revenue
- Establish and maintain the client's presence in target markets.
- Implementation of Systems and Processes
- Promotion and generation of revenue plan for new projects taken up by the company from time to time.
- Must be from hardcore sales background. Well versed with PowerPoint and possess strong presentation skills. Must have strong communication skills and ability to convince.
- Job requires flexible schedule and significant travel both local and outstation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language, knowledge of standard writing skills and a good command over the language.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate if required.
- Candidates who have already established connections with clients in the educational
- Sector will be preferred.
- Should have minimum 1 years of experience in educational sales and should
- Understand the working of the school ecosystem.
- Must be capable of working under pressure and high performance targets.
- Good Organizational and time-management skills
- Should be assertive but patient while meeting up with prospective clients.
- Should be comfortable conversing in English and Tamil.
- Candidate must possess his/her own means of conveyance.
- Should have a Presentable Personality, Creative, Adaptive, Social and Hardworking.
- Must be a computer literate .
- Good listening skills and multi tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary: As per the company standards.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Education Qualification: Any graduate
