JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position Title: Business Development Officer
- Overall Position Purpose: Tele -Sales Executive – Acquire new customers, maintain a set of existing customers and generate additional leads by cross selling and building good relationship with customers
- To make outbound sales calls to generate new leads from Data Base and existing customers.
- Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound calls from customers.
- To answer all customer enquiries regarding credit cards , personal loans accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Be strong about Bank policies .
- Daily calls report to be submitted Mandatory if not absent will be marked
