Job Description
- Works with marketing team and also with VP – BPO to strategize business focus areas for prospecting
- Account mining for existing customer accounts if assigned to him/her
- Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, qualify sales leads, monitor sales progression in the sales cycle and closing sales orders to existing or and new customers.
- Accurately forecast, track all sales and follow up on open forecast
- Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned territory. Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually.
- Meets or exceeds activity metrics for (e.g. outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities creation etc.) And prospecting time.
- Maintains contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and footprint expansion.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Services & Solutions effectively with customers.
- Sells using a strong consultative selling approach with customers and partners.
