Job Description
- Lead generation.
- Conversion of enquiry (direct/ calls) to sales.
- MIS on Customer Database & Competitor’s activity analysis.
- Construction Site visits. Meeting the Clients on time. Ensures good Customer Service is offered for the Clients in Site.
- Visiting allotted sites regularly. Meeting the Clients on time.
- Negotiation of the product on Rate card like Rate per sq.ft, built up area etc. in concurrence with Manager-Sales.
- Regular follow-up with the Customer till booking of the project.
- Coordinates with Customer Service Department for the process of completing the sales.
- Branding of the Company. This is done through MS-Powerpoint presentation explaining about the Company, earlier projects, and forthcoming projects to the Clients.
