Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
2. Increase revenue & growth in terms of business expansion and profitability by building strategic partnerships
3. Work on making strategic business decisions
4. Focus on three growth strategies - market penetration, market development, and product development
5. Work on preparing loan applications, evaluating clients' financial information, and calculating risk ratios
6. Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
7. Analyze risks and approve or reject the loan requests
8. Calculate financial ratios (credit scores and interest rates)
9. Set up payment plans
10. Maintain updated records of loan applications
11. Follow up with clients about loan renewals
12. Monitor progress of existing loans
