Job Description
Over all Purpose of the Job:
To achieve assigned sales targets and ensure selling of assets across various airports and metro stations also ensuring collection of outstanding dues from clients.
Type of Job: Advertising Space Selling / Corporate Sales / Media Sales.
Reports To: Vice President / General Manager – Sales /Regional Head / Branch Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take Onus of monthly and annual targets as assigned and employ sales skills to achieve the same.
Meeting new clients on a daily basis, making proposals basis on their media requirements, negotiation with the clients/agencies to enable finalization of the Contracts.
Make four effective sales calls every day and increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients and sending two proposals / day.
Designing and implementing further strategies to grow the Customer base & to Increase share of each market sector.
Maintain an accurate and current database of clients research for new prospects.
Identify and develop sources of potential clients in coordination with marketing communication team.
Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to advertise with TDI on a regular basis including timely renewal of existing Contracts.
Maintain regular contact and effective communication with Key Clients.
Overcome client resistance/objections to the product and services and helping them to resolve issues, if any and be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of the product and services and their benefits
Provide daily and weekly schedule of planned activities.
Meeting with the requirement of MIS, filling in CRM and providing other information as required.
Maintain high standard of personal presentation and represent in a professional manner at all times
Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
Passing on the relevant leads to other Business Divisions.
Accountable for all Payments due to the company and ensure zero outstanding in the market.
Candidates should posses very good communication & presentation skills.
