Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- We are looking for a female Business Development resource to grow and lead our business in India.
- We are a 36 years old Travel & Tourism Company operates in various geographies through different centers to sell our tourism packages,where our market fits.
- The BD will be responsible to grow and expand our operations.
- Growing the business by coordinate with Corporate HR and Business peoples .
- Ensuring day to day functioning of the HR and business people followup are done efficiently.
- Managing relationships with corporate people, events, reports, and business interactions. In addition to fixing an appointment and meeting up with clients; ensuring retention of existing customers as well.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Any other Business role/job as requested by the management under the skill set of the BD.
