JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Business Development Executives are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must connect with Potential customers and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.
Note: Candidates must have a laptop and headphones to make sales calls, and strong internet connection.
Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
Send emails to potential clients from our computerized directory
Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Record customer details including reaction to the Introduction/sales offered
Working with sales team when closing the deal
Communicate customer problems, concerns, or questions to the supervisory staff
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Contact customers for follow up
Qualifications & Requirements:
Fluent English as a communication language.
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel),and browsing the internet.
Experience in CRM/Salesforce
Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
Ability to cope with rejection on a day-to-day basis
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Excellent phone manner and articulation
