What are we looking for?
- Graduate / Post Graduate Male candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. Experience in Selling IT Services and Products
- Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Client handling skills, at a level to be able to deal with complex situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent customer facing skill and ability to build rapport with client
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problem with a win-win negotiation approach.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term sustainable clients
- Ability to generate new relationships with decision makers in organizations
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
- Ability to build a pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process
- Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis
- Need to be self motivated and aggressive in achieving targets.
