Adiguru Foods Processing and Packaging is a food processing company in the ready to eat snacks segment. We need candidates who can fulfill the following duties:-

• Do extensive market survey of our segment in the different districts of Odisha and neighbouring states to identify the potential super stockists and distributors.
• To acquire new clients, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule, to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Our manufacturing unit is being commissioned and it should be completed by the end of May. 
• But before that we have to do extensive market research and identify the sales strategy so that we can start selling as soon as the production starts. 
• So we need at least 4-6 marketing executives. 
• Our criteria - The candidate should be an extrovert and have excellent interpersonal skills and be ready to travel extensively. 
• MBA degree holder with good CGPA’s will be preferred over non MBA degree holders, but shall not be a constraint if we find the candidate to be having the passion for sales and marketing.
• Salary is negotiable and shall depend on the competency of the candidate.
