Job Description
- Generate Leads and interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems.
- Able to listen and analyze a client’s requirements and present to a compelling business value message of a solution.
- Respond to the functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of RFI/ RFPs
- Collect and communicate competitive intelligence from the field
- Be a Go-To Person on competitive information for Products, Process, Industry and Verticals
- Exchange best practices and share knowledge within Delivery teams.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Sales experience in similar industry.
- Good experience in Consultative and Solution Selling Presales role
- Willing to travel across North India for the role.
- Understanding of Consulting domains and services that are based in the domains of HR, Technology and Business strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with a go getter approach
- Good communications skills and have expertise in making MS Spreadsheets and Power Point presentations.
