- Data Mining – Brands and Sellers of relevant products, who might become potential clients.
- E-Commerce Sellers Data
- E-Commerce Brands Data
- Deep digging to get relevant contact person details – Decision Makers, Management etc. of respective brands.
- Other sources like – IndiaMart, TradeIndia and other B2B platforms.
- Contacting people from the data list – Cold Calling, Emailers, F2F Visits etc.
- Digging out physical markets with brands/sellers of relevant products who do not have an online presence.
- Door-to-door marketing & sales – visiting potential clients, distributing pamphlets and make every effort to gather prospective clients.
- Strive to convert as many leads as possible.
- Continuous efforts in retaining existing leads and new leads through regular follow ups & keep-in-touch activities.
- Follow through of end-to-end process once leads get converted. Follow ups in gathering required documents, reminders for payments, regular communication regarding delivery status, scheduling with clients for pickup or delivery.
- Research and come up with methods to enhance sales channel.
