Job Description
- Target B2B & B2C clients for LED Lights.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Dealing with contactors, architects and retailers etc to get the leads.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails & meetings.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Record sales and order information of the sales department.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying clients to their respective employers.
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Should be B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA or any other technical diploma holder.
- Knowledge into LED Lightings etc. is an added advantage.
- Ready to travel in all across India regarding marketing.
- Able to verify product is appropriate for customer use.
- Offer alternative/additional sales options.
- Timely update on current advertising and promotion activities.
- Responds to personal needs of customers.
- Proactively assists peers for the purpose of increasing the overall quality of operations.
- Having good communication, negotiation, convincing, persuasive, CRM, IT skills.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve issues related to Clients.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational skill.
- Give attention to detail.
