Job Description

  • Target B2B & B2C clients for LED Lights.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Dealing with contactors, architects and retailers etc to get the leads.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails & meetings.
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
  • Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
  • Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
  • Record sales and order information of the sales department.
  • Provide accurate feedback on future buying clients to their respective employers.
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Should be B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA or any other technical diploma holder.
  • Knowledge into LED Lightings etc. is an added advantage.
  • Ready to travel in all across India regarding marketing.
  • Able to verify product is appropriate for customer use.
  • Offer alternative/additional sales options.
  • Timely update on current advertising and promotion activities.
  • Responds to personal needs of customers.
  • Proactively assists peers for the purpose of increasing the overall quality of operations.
  • Having good communication, negotiation, convincing, persuasive, CRM, IT skills.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve issues related to Clients.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skill.
  • Give attention to detail.
