- Fresher/1+ years of work experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in sales based on online/offline processes will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge is key.
- Should have exposure in interacting with clients, especially on field clients
- Should have very high levels of ownership along with the ability to
- manage and deliver projects independently.
- Ability to get hands on, along with great problem solving attitude.
- Should Be Graduate or Pursing Final Year*
- Detailed understanding of each and every part of the process.
- Lead, motivate and train team members to ensure high efficiency and quality.
- Execute projects him-self / her-self while getting the team also to execute.
- Continuous monitoring of project sales execution to ensure they are delivered as per planned timelines.
- Ability to communicate (written and orally) project specific doubts and issues with the client
