Job Description
- Separation, Transfer, Processing Salary, CTC updating as per policies, Additional payments & Deductions, Incentives, Salary Start/Stop, Bank details updating.
- Creation /Deletion of Position Code & Org Unit, Mapping employees to Position Code.
- Time Module - Updating Leaves, Generating Attendance and Leave Balance report
- Coordinating with the regional offices PAN India to collect the data to execute the payroll on time and to make them understand of the Payroll and explain them how to Audit the data with the system.
- Assist team in understanding the pay-slip calculation on pro-rata basis
- FNF processing
- Interacting with accounts team for salary processing and for the reconciliation of salary during F&F
- Updating Salary details as per the notification received by the Govt.
- Ensuring calculation of Bonus, Commission, EL, PF /ESI/PT payments, Gratuity as per Policy or Act (Compliance notification/ revision making changes)
- Managing Employee Helpdesk
- Reports/ MIS
- HR Policy & Manual, drafting the same for the company and amending the existing policies and procedures.
- Induction & Training (ESS PORTAL & POLICIES)
