Job Synopsis:

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

The salary for Graduates: INR 22,000 Per Month
The salary for Post Graduates: INR 30,000 Per Month Location: Delhi – NCR
Other Benefits: 10% (Per Sale Incentives)
Eligibility:
- BBA (Marketing): 60% across 10th, 12th & Graduation (Till last Semester)
- MBA (Marketing): 55% across 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post Graduation (Till last Semester)
Terms & Conditions:
- At or Below 40% of the Target Achieved – 40% of the Fixed Salary
- Between 41% - 60% of the Target Achieved – 40% of the Fixed Salary + Travelling Allowance
- Between 61% - 80% of the Target Achieved – Full Salary + 5% Incentive
- Between 81% - 100% of the Target Achieved – Full Salary + 10% Incentive
Job Responsibilities – (Education Sector):
- Will be responsible for identifying prospective clients (Schools/Coaching Centre/Parents) through market research, networking events & cold calls.
- Giving Presentations and Demonstration to the Clients (Schools/Coaching Centre/Parents) regarding the learning mechanism.
- Will be responsible for generating business by pitching the services offered by us.
- Develop, build, & manage a client base of Institutional Accounts.
- Target new & existing accounts of various Institutes for new business.
- Maintaining the database of the Leads generated and make regular follow ups with them.
- Build long term client relationships in order to develop and present sales proposals to prospective and repeat clients and to close sales.
Job Responsibilities – (IT Sector):

Key Skills:
- Executive must understand the product benefits & advantages & should prepare strategies according to the sales force.
- Complete understanding about the product & finding out how to market products for different segment.
- Good Communication Skills (Both Written & Oral), should have neutral accent & Positive Attitude. Should have Laptop with Internet Connection.
- Should be comfortable with travelling.
NOTE:
- Laptop is mandatory
- Travelling Allowance for the meetings done will be reimbursed.
- Salary is negotiable based on your relevant experience.
