Job Description
- Achieve Enrollment as well as Revenue targets for the Center assigned.
- Responsible for Brand Marketing through outbound calls to Class 11th & 12th students / Parents for various courses.
- Responsible for counseling students/parents and give them the right career options.
- Responsible for generating the interest towards education opportunities offered by IIFM /PRATHAM through telephonic or Face to Face counselings.
- Responsible for Center Servicing processes at the center.
- Responsible for generating walk-ins at center through BTL promotion and local marketing.
- Support the School Team for school tie-ups, scheduling the meetings with principals/ Counselors.
- Responsible for coaching center tie Ups.
- Compiling and Analyzing Market information so as to develop future strategies for the Company.
