Job Description

  • He/She needs to establish relationships, onboard users from traditional dealers
  • He/She would establish relationships, onboard vendors onto the marketplace
  • He/She would also facilitate corporate events and brand IndiaSupply to potential users.
  • A startup mindset person, who is a hustler is required. Smart, creative and willing to challenge the status quo! 
  • The candidate will report directly to our Cofounder from IIT Kanpur
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining & Sustaining long term relationship with every on-boarded customer in a particular geographical region or territory assigned to him. 
  • The candidate will be responsible for Post-sales support and escalation management. 
  • Farming & up-selling onboarded clients with respect to better plans and benefits. 
  • Educate every client about new plans/ offers as on when raised by IndiaSupply
  • Growing the overall revenue portfolio.

  • Leading a team in the large sales function of IndiaSupply by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth. 
  • Working cohesively a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business. 
  • Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth. 
  • Doing process innovation, leading efficiency enhancements with the help of technology and creating a high-output team 
  • Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams 
  • Identify and execute against brand elevating partnerships and activations focused on turning IndiaSupply into a household name in the healthcare industry.
