Job Description
Mom Kid Care is revolutionizing women's health by providing them instant access to certified & verified 'health content', allows them to have 'second opinions' immediately from gynaecologists, IVF specialists, paediatricians & dieticians, opportunity to book online healthcare services at their fingertips namely pre & postnatal classes, lactation or breastfeeding counselling, miscarriage or abortion counselling, nanny services, working women childcare services, special need children care services & speech therapy for children classes. About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Reach out to the relevant practitioners and initiate long term mutually beneficial relations
- Work on vendor onboarding and ensure their profile & product listing on the portal
- Ensure packages given are best in the online & offline space
- Get the packages customized based on in-house real-time trend/need analysis
- Keep a check on business health
- Work on number crunching and analysis of existing services
- Develop a sound understanding of your domain service so as to enable the first level of customer counselling in case there are queries from customers
- Draw out the market analysis of the services, trends/consumer behaviour, pricing patterns, need gaps, etc.
- Ensure all queries to and from the HSP gets resolved at your end
- Prepare competition tracking for your domain service
- Identify, initiate & implement strategies (connect with marketing, get better package options, customized deal offering and many more) to churn out maximum business from each practitioner
