Job Description
1. Identifying & calling on the leads for the set-up of the meetings
2. Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business and maintain prospective client database update
3. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
4. Researching the relevant clients as per Magnitech Business Module
5. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7. Attending meetings and industry events
8. Preparing and Configuring for Business presentations as per the Company Business
Module
9. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
10. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
