Job Description for BDE:

• The candidates will be dealing with New customer acquisition.
• The Candidate must have excellent knowledge of bidding portals like Freelancer, Upwork and Guru.
• Candidate is expected to do Online bidding, follow ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients. 
• Generating Business for Internet marketing, writing proposals
• Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
• To work on the cold calling, pitching products and/or services email leads.
• Identifying new sales leads.

Skills For BDE:

• Preferred experience 0-1 year.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Analyzing client requirements and should be proficient in Proposal writing.
• Must be comfortable communicating with clients via email/call/skype.
• Experience in handling International clients will be added advantage.
• Identifying new market and business line.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. 
• To research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
