Job Description
- Job Title - Urgent Requirement for Business Development Executive/Manager
- Identifying new sales leads.
- You will be involved in pitching and presenting our services by making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions
- Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments)
- Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients,
- Bring new business to the organization,
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales and generating more revenue.
- You will need to be proactive and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Complete Ownership of assigned accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- An individual should be ready for meetings with the clients.
- Should be attending meetings with the clients as per their requirement to explain our product and services.
- NOTE :- Candidates having 1-2 yrs of experience with any educational background and B2B Sales experience can apply.
