• Responsible for planning business development leading to the growth of the center with the aim of profitability and achieve revenue and collection targets.
• Responsible for planning business development leading to the growth of the center with the aim of profitability and achieve revenue and collection targets.
• Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets for the respective centers assigned to them.
• Responsible for managing daily operations of Centre to meet business and servicing goals.
• Responsible for generating Walk-ins by ensuring regular follow-ups of the prospective student(s).
• Responsible to align a minimum of seven counseling for the week on daily basis.
• Responsible for counseling students/parents and give them the right career options for courses.
• Responsible for Cold Calling.
• Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities and Business Development
• Should be able to manage and run a profit center single-handedly.
• Responsible for maintaining a cordial relationship with existing as well as new Feeders.
