Business Development Executive/ Manager

  • Identification of new business & generate revenue from new customer acquisition through Sourcing Liabilities (Savings & Salary Accounts) & Assets products (Home Loan, Loan Against Property and Lease Rental Discounting Products).
  • Identify Key customers, Execute Plans To Promote Sale and Close the Deal. Both through Self-Sourcing and Assisted Sales Models. 
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken English.
  • Research and build relationship with new clients.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in Loan pricing the solution/service.
  • Delivering Presentations to HNI, UHNI, Corporates and NRI Prospective clients.
  • Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports and strategies to meet company's Sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing Clients and new clients through cross sell.
