We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to generating sales for our leading organization. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Business Development/telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as
dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.


 Oversee the sales process to attract new customers.
 Maintain fruitful relationships with customers and their needs effectively.
 Research and identify new market opportunities.
 Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
 Process inquiries received from various databases
 Make cold calls for new business leads/Tele-calling
 Following up with the client to make sales conversions
 Ability to deliver set Sales targets
 Candidates from health & wellness, Training centres, Gyms, Online portal industry will be preferred
 Education: Graduate, Undergraduate 
Key Skills required:

 Making outbound calls to prospective clients, explain Project and generating appointments for the business development team
 Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with client follow-ups
 Generate leads/prospects over the phone
 Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports
 Must possess strong customer service skills
 Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal-oriented
 Candidate should have good Communications & convincing skills
 Excellent conversational and customer service
 Immediate Joiners would be preferred
 Ability to work under pressure
