Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to sell certifications like CISSP, AWS, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL etc
  • Achieving monthly sales targets leading to revenue generation.
  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
  • Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary
  • Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
  • Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Achieving the targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
  • Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance,
  • Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, etc
