Job Description
- Identifying clients requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.
- Convincing and generating appointments for executives.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Arranging site visits take appointments with clients.
- Real Estate Experience highly required.
