Job Description

  • Identifying clients requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets through customer-concentric.
  • Convincing and generating appointments for executives.
  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
  • Arranging site visits take appointments with clients.
  • Real Estate Experience highly required.
