Business Development Executive - Construction

Pre-Requisites: -

• JOB SPECIFICATIONS- – Male/ Female At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Construction Firm
  
• Qualification - Graduation
  

Job Responsibilities: -

• Lead sourcing- Arranging for the meetings with the business owners as per your choice.
• Meeting with big corporate clients and briefing them by means of either presentations or verbally.
• Handling operations section concerned to the designation
• Developing leads at the particular location assigned
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets by selling the services directly to the business owners at the allotted location.
• An active person, Willing to visit different places for meeting within City.
• keeping a record of the targets and the actual sales & marketing organization.
• Finalizing the meetings and converting the deals.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITY- Area of Operation Would be operating Delhi base in Gurgaon
  
• Marketing of Construction Testing Laboratory
  

Salary -

• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate depending upon the personal performance in interview.
