Role: Business Development Trainee
Work Location : Hyderabad
Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Work Location: Jubilee Hills
Work from Office

0-6 Months of MBA Marketing or PG graduates with good communication skills and should be expertise in Market Research.
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.

The BD trainee will focus on cold reach-outs to new potential clients or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Maintain the database and activity history in the CRM  Responsible for Qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/Email/Webinars) in the US, UK, and Canada market
Ability to plan and schedule appointments/meetings with the CXO level contacts
Maintain relationships with Key contacts in Prospective customer organizations for new opportunities
Focus, target and follow-up with a set of assigned accounts or database
A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.
Familiar with current market and technology trends
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Excellent time management skills
