Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Forecast and track key account metrics. (Ex. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Minimum Qualifications -
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent proficiency in Hindi, Telugu and English languages.
- Passion for Business development.
- Prior work experience in the IT industry (preferred)

Asking the right questions.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Multi-tasking and Organisational skills.
Understanding Client Requirements.
