- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve monthly leads quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
- To build lead pipeline
- Strong phone presence and capable of cold-calling
- Proficiency in MS office and Windows
- Fair knowledge on CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- MBA/Masters ( Marketing/sales) degree or equivalent
- 1-2 Experience in inside sales ( Desired Experience)
- Fair knowledge on IT services/product
- Verbal and written communication skills with inside sales experience
