About the role

At nearbuy Business Development Executives work relentlessly, to bring in the best local merchants in the F&B, Travel, Activities and Beauty/Wellness industry, onto nearbuy's platform. 

Sales never stops @nearbuy and we are always on the look out for rockstar sales folks to join the nearbuy team and help is realise our core mission - help consumers 'Step Out' and explore the best experiences in town. 

Our BD teams are based in Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Chandigarh

About you 

• Energetic and Gritty, with a 'roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes' Attitude
• Persuasive - you are known for your convincing skills and will excel at motivating potential partners to see the benefits the partnership will bring to their business 
• Self-monitored and competitive, able to work with minimal supervision while achieving targets and goals 
• Open to feedback
• Curious an a Go-getter
• Adaptable, persistent, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly in our fast-paced startup and you’ll need to be able to keep up!
• This is a FIELD sales role. Candidate should be ok to travel within the city for client acquisitions on a daily basis 

• Grads with 0 – 2 yr of experience in sales/BD
• Prior Ecommerce/F&B/Hospitality/Travel background is a plus
• Network of contacts in the relevant sector is a definite bonus
• Compensation 25 - 35 k per month + incentives basis target achievement + benefits
