Job Description
- We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency who will be responsible for the following-
- Making Calls & Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting company services to make a online sale.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy , Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails only. (Completely Office Job).
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients.
- To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Excellent communication skills is must
- Prior experience in the same Industry will be preferred.
