- Business Development Executive

- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients
- Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling, linkedIn, and other available sources.
- Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
- Negotiate the rates with the Clients.
- Appointment Fixing and Demand Generation.
- Accounts and Contacts Level Research create database
- Adhere to lead generation of monthly targets.
- Direct Client Interaction.
- Ability to grasp technical aspects easily to talk in front of the customer
- Consistently achieved sales quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in cold calling will be preferred
- Experience in lead generation is an advantage
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and inter personal skills.
- Must have the willingness to learn and go-getter attitude
